PLACEMENT PROCESS

Once we have received your registration payment your details will be placed on our database.

Throughout the year we will be in regular email contact with schools via printed promotions, school visits and attendance at selected International School conferences, regarding both our teacher placement database and our portfolio of school services.

Following requests from international schools, applicants will be contacted and invited to indicate their interest. The CVs of selected interested candidates will then be forwarded to schools for their consideration, along with referee comments

The selection of successful candidates will occur via a range of processes:

	school may make direct contact & arrange a phone interview or video conference
	school may visit Australia & conduct interviews (or you may be flown to the school)
	TRI (Aust) may be contracted to advertise & undertake interviews on behalf of the school
	the school may participate in one of our Teacher Recruitment Fairs which will be held during January each year, or a Mini Fair, at a time suitable to schools.
